how to open start a Metro PCS store in California

I have been in Wireless industry for 14 years. 2 years ago i opened a metro pcs store in California.
i have put some details so you have an idea what's profit and how to start one if you are interested.

1. let's talk about profit, that's what interest everybody anyway..
you make profit in three category.phone activation/ payments/ accessories..

activation: when you activation a brand new phone it's called NEW ACTIVATION. which the commission is based on the plan you activated for your customer. for instance if you activation a $40 unlimited talk and text plan, you will make $40. if you try to push $60 plan which can call unlimited to mexico, you will make $60. that's why you see the sales try to make you get the higher plan because they will make more and doesn't matter if customer changes the plan as long as it's after 3 days cause they already got their commission and there no charge back period.
phone cost is usually same or $3 more than the advertised sale price, but if you buy a case( which is 5 or 10 in a case). you will get $5 off every phone ..

reactivation: very often customer brings in a used phone to start a service. you make money on this also.. more easy to profit than trying to recommend/push fot new device, afterall there's no profit on phones..however, there's $3 payment fee for reactivation.with the old device, customer could easily activate $40 plan +$3 = $43 out the door ( regular non smart phone).  commission is flat $30

upgrade/phone replacement. if you want to change to a new phone with the same number , this is called upgrade.. doesn't matter if it's better or worse than your existing phone. changing to a new phone is called upgrade in wireless phone industry..this pays little.. non smart phones only pay $10 plus $10 upgrade fee you charge your customer= $20 total profit.. smart phone upgrades are from $30 to $60 currently metro is pushing 4g devices  so you make more if you sell 4g devices( up to $60).

porting phone number from another carrier is very easy, you only need to know the phone number and password of previous carrier. there's no charger for porting but it may take 1 hour for port to complete.

2. payment:  this part is easy to understand..
everytime you take a payment you will charge $3 payment fee.
this payment fee is split to half and you make $1.50.
30 payment a day x $1.50 = $45 x30 days = $1350

60 payment a day x $1.50= $90 x30 days = $2700  like that???

down side is a $200 payment with family group you will still make $1.50.

3. location: metro will most likely approve any location, there is agent protection which you can not open within 1 mile of another metro location and 1 1/2 mile from corporate store.
getting started. you need to contact a master agent . they will get your location approved and help you setup your store. instore poster frame and phone holders are all provided by metro pcs. all the posters and brochers are all supported by metro pcs. sometimes even store signage is covered by metro 50%.
place I know is called DOWNTOWN METRO PCS which is master agent in los angeles area.
..
4. accessories: huge profit on selling accessories. there's metro packaging accessories which cost around $4 and you can sell $20.  or you can sell non branded accessories which are half the price and you can sell any price you want.

5. how many do you need to sell

example

200 activation/upgrade/reaction = $40 x200= $8000
60 payment a day x $1.50= $90 x30 days =    $2700
10 accessories a day x30days $10 profit   =    $3000  total $13700

from that subtract rent, employee, sign shaker, utility. the rest is all your............
